Founded in 2019 by the CEO of the Delaware Restaurant Association, the Women of Hospitality Conference brings together women from all areas of hospitality and beyond — from restaurants and hotels to catering, sales, real estate, tourism, and related industries. Our mission is to foster education, mentorship, and meaningful connections, offering inspiration to all women, from those just starting their careers to those thriving in leadership and entrepreneurial roles.
